King Street
This project involved a full-scale enhancement of lobbies and amenities spanning eight commercial floors in a prestigious Sydney CBD building. The goal was to infuse the space with a refined sense of luxury and sophistication through premium finishes, custom joinery, signature lighting, and detailed craftsmanship. Each floor was thoughtfully designed to improve the arrival experience and elevate the workplace atmosphere.

Lobby | Macquarie
This luxury lobby has been designed as a seamless expression of modern elegance and high-end sophistication. The George Street repositioning revitalised five floors of lobby and end-of-trip facilities in a premium CBD asset. The design blends bold modern aesthetics with refined, timeless detailing. High-quality finishes and a robust material palette deliver strong visual impact while enhancing user comfort. The generous scale of the EOT areas supports convenience and wellbeing. Together, these elements elevate the building’s amenity standards and strengthen its long-term leasing appeal.

Hunter Street
Located in the heart of the CBD, the Margaret Street project involved the transformation of four levels of lobbies and amenities to align with the high-end character of the building. The design approach focused on delivering a refined, contemporary aesthetic using clean lines and premium finishes.
Natural stone was carefully selected to complement the building’s architectural identity, creating a sense of timeless elegance and quality throughout the space. Spect Fit-Out | Macquarie

Located in the heart of Sydney within a prominent heritage building, this retail food court space features a fresh and inviting design. The space embraces clean lines and a refined visual language, anchored by bold natural stone elements that add depth and sophistication. Light, neutral tones and soft lighting create an airy and welcoming atmosphere, while thoughtful detailing ensures the space feels memorable and polished.
